Ordering

Note that not all stock are on hand, and thus there could be a delay of 2 weeks or more when ordering items not in stock. Unless other wise instructed, your order will be hold back until all the items ordered are ready for dispatch. 

Mail / Delivery / Insurance

Orders can be collected at our shop. Alternatively orders will be send via normal postal mail  or via FastWay couriers with a tracking number.

By default all orders will be insured and insurance will be included in the final amount of your order. Once the goods are dispatched, the risk resides with the client until the order is received. All goods are send in good order and will be packed as securely as possible. If goods are received broken, it is up to the client to take it up with the post office or courier.

IMPORTANT: The above remains intact - irrespective of strikes etc at postal services or other. We will try our best to get you your goods as soon as possible but when matters are out of our control, there is nothing that we can do about it.

Orders / Payment

Orders are only send once full payment is received. This include all mail / delivery/ insurance charges as well as *bank charges. Preferred method of payment is Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / BANK WIRE)  but you can also send money via FNB E-Wallet (R 20 - R 1 000 cost R 8.50 to send and R 1 000.01 - R 1 500 cost R12.50 ) and the Money Transfer service at Shoprite/Checkers. (a Transfer fee of R9.99 is charged by Shoprite/Checkers to transfer money.)

*Please Note: The bank charges additional fees when making a cash deposit. Thus please include R80.00 for bank charges when making a cash deposit.
